WRC Representation

80 per cent of WRC awards are made against the Employer because for one reason – “The absence of fair procedure during the disciplinary process", i.e. You do not follow the correct procedure in dealing with the issue. It does not matter what evidence you have, if you do not implement the proper “disciplinary procedure” you will lose in the WRC.

You cannot as the owner be the judge and jury so you cannot facilitate / manage all these meetings. It makes huge sense to outsource one of the stages as you will be seen to be fair and using an independent advisor.

Preparation of a WRC Submission & Representation at your Hearing

Receive the brief.
Understand the accusations and their background.
Go through the claimants statements and submission.
Meet client and discuss your position and defence.
Agree our position and defence.
Prepare our initial submission to the WRC and forward.
Meet client and discuss final submission and defence.
Deal with all claimants questions, and communications.
Attend the hearing as your representative.
